Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Lombard

We live on a corner lot. There is a high, spaced fence along the public sidewalk. There is a kiddie pool (during summer), a rain garden (not really for the dogs, but in case you're worried about water it can temporarily fill up during and after heavy rainfall), and some agility equipment (four jumps and six weave poles) upon request. Easiest access to the yard is to park on E Taylor and enter through the north gate. There is a tall, silver trash can on the patio for any human trash. There is a short, silver trash can near the north gate entrance for Dog Bags. Please enjoy a patio chair, dog toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and hammock (weather permitting). Backyard is East Facing so gets lots of morning sun. There is a sun shade over part of the patio but the patio area is 100% shaded by 3:30-4p, the yard is ~50% shaded by 6p, ~100% shaded by 7p.
