The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

Come enjoy our backyard oasis. We have plenty of covered seating for any weather. A tree swing for all ages. Lights for night time. Fire pit. Outlet for charges. Wi-Fi available if needed. A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.

Bring your Pup to sniff, zoom, fetch or swim in our clean, secure and safe backyard. Or if you’re more adventurous, go explore the back 55 acres with your Pup. (Please read details regarding the back acreage). Pool- Your dog is welcome to use the pool There is an additional fee for humans and must be booked in the "extra" section when booking in your dog(s). The Extra includes a towel, pool float and bathroom facilities for humans. 2 people max, and for 2 hours max. No children under the age of 18 in the pool please. *We don't supply life jackets for dogs/humans, so if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one* *Pool temperature is not regulated by a heater or chiller.* *Glass bottles, smoking and alcohol beverages are not allowed on the property*

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. Do not block the garage (parking available in the driveway if you pull far enough forward) Please put garbage in the provided trash cans. Place used towels on the porch

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Large grassy backyard that also has a large covered patio for sun shade to cool off, have some water and rest before the next playing session!

Summer is right around the corner ☀️ 😁 My yard is just a little over half a acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. It is fully fenced so you can feel comfortable enjoying one of the many spots to relax while your dog(s) can freely roam the yard. 🙂 Feel free to sit on the patio, or one of the many swings around. Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.
