Large, fully-fenced, no-gap Dog Park In Haddon Township, NJ

Welcome to our backyard! It's about 6,500 square feet, with a beautiful, six-foot red cedar fence all the way around, with no gaps for even the smallest dogs (except maybe a teacup dog!). There are two major seating spots with chairs and plenty of empty space for your dogs to run around. It's also well shaded, with a gigantic, hundreds-years-old tree right smack in the middle. If you have a good visit, please leave a good review! We are first-time homeowners and Sniffspotters. Please get in touch with any questions or suggestions for improvements! PLEASE DO *NOT* BRING A DOG THAT: - has a particularly loud or booming bark. We live in a quiet neighborhood and do not want to disturb our neighbors. - may chew through outdoor-rated extension cords (there's one for the mosquito trap, as you can see next to the pool). - may chew through (or climb through!) the plastic tubing between the pool and its mechanics (pump and filter). Important notes: - No more than four dogs may be in our yard at any one time, and all dogs must share the same owner. The owner must remain with their dogs at all times. The owner may bring a small number or human guests, but no guest may bring their own dog. - Please look carefully through our photos to know what to expect. Any questions, ask! - It is expected that our yard will be in the same or better condition than when you entered. Please clean up your and your dog's messes. - If you can prevent your dog from peeing next to the pool and its mechanics, please do. We realize this might not be possible, so don't stress if it happens. - There's a three-foot-wide alleyway behind the shed (fence on one side, shed on the other), open on both sides. It's just dried leaves back there. (Note: the bricks in the pictures will be gone before your dog arrives.) For the moment, we're leaving this open, but may block it off depending on feedback from our Sniffspot guests. - The pool is off limits to dogs. Note the pool-wall is five feet high. There will be no ladder when your dog visits. It is IMPERATIVE that you not put a chair next to the pool, to prevent your dog from jumping in. - We have one neighbor (on the driveway side) with a dog. He's not out that much, he's never out without his owner, and he's not loud (I've NEVER heard him since moving here two years ago). It is very likely that this dog will not be out during your visit, but we can't guarantee this. Regardless, there is always a solid six-foot-high fence between. Our neighbors are well aware, and are fully supportive, of our renting via Sniffspot. Concerns we are currently working to address: - We plan on building a small fence around the pool mechanics. - Note that we mow this very big backyard every two weeks. Also, there's ALWAYS more weeding to be done. However, there are no harmful-to-dogs plants that we are aware of.

Hill Yard

Private fully fenced in yard, a little over 1000 sqft of running space. There are two separate fenced in sections but a gap between the fence and shed makes it possible for smaller dogs to fit between the two areas. We are working on closing that gap. There is a big brush pile in the far corner of the yard that dogs love investigating. We are a pesticide and fertilizer free yard. There is a large picnic table available and a water bowl for your pup. There will also be a few miscellaneous toys available as well, please make sure your dog isn’t accidentally walking away with a toy. A pooper scooper is available next to the access gate at the top of the driveway (near the garage) along with a silver metal trash bin specifically for dog waste. I will also try to make sure poop bags are available if you prefer using them. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs are out (the side with the white vinyl fence). They tend to dig at the fence line, please try to discourage your dogs from digging. We’ve tried filling in the hole multiple times. The yard was a deciding factor for us in purchasing this house and we hope your dog(s) have just as much fun as our dog does in this yard.

Pennington Park in Delanco, New Jersey features a fully fenced off-leash dog area with rules in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users. The park is open from dawn until dusk and only allows licensed, vaccinated, and healthy dogs with collars, ID, and permit tags. Handlers must be 18 or older, control excessive barking, and prevent digging. Children under 8 are not allowed in the area, and there is a limit of 20 dogs and 25 handlers at a time. Amenities include agility equipment, water for dogs, and tables. Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the park.
