ALL DOGS IN YOUR BOOKING MUST BE ACQUAINTED. NO FIRST TIME INTRODUCTIONS ALLOWED. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property at any time during Sniffspot visits. Nice size yard with pool...sit on the shaded patio or enjoy poolside swimming with your pup! Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. **NOTE Pool CLOSED for Season** Less than 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Pool, tennis court, and mowed free roam area as well as a very large multi acre uncut wild meadow fenced on 3 sides and open to woods on one side. An additional small fully fenced area for training is also on the property. Indoor restroom in the guest house.

Herbert Household Hideaway

Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door. Swimming - dogs only. No people can enter the pool - per my home owners insurance, not even to sit on the steps and put your feet in. Only toys on site - or new in packaging permitted due to potential bacteria/algae contamination from waterway transfers. Additional fees per dog are based upon the size and short/long haired pups as the after care in much different.
