We also have a partially covered deck with propane fire pit and dining table for your use. Please exercise caution while swimming, keeping an eye on children and pets that are not strong swimmers as there is no lifeguard. Please treat our space with the respect you would your own space as this is our home and we love sharing it with you but we also like to enjoy it with our furry family and friends! Please do not bring additional guests. We have 2 reactive dogs so we understand the desire to have a safe space for them to run and play without triggers. The yard is surrounded by privacy fencing and trees/shrubs so there is very little for them to see, occasionally a dog might bark behind the privacy fence or children can be heard playing. We have squirrels, birds, rabbits but no other wildlife generally. Please inquire about picnic options for both dogs and humans as we can provide both upon request for an additional fee depending on your requests.

Welcome to the Chadds Ford Dog Manor! We are in a private area off of the road, perfect for energetic dogs who like to run. We have an wide open front yard and peaceful back yard with a hill for dogs that just need to get free. We are currently in works with construction of an obstacle course, please be patient. We will get it available soon. In the mean time, we have a wood chip pile for the dogs to climb. A nice sitting area on the front porch for the owners. A beautiful flower garden to admire and walk amongst. Most importantly, chemical free yard. Along the back fence of the property, you will be able to admire our neighbors polo horses, along with many other woodland animals hidden in plain sight. We provide trash cans along the drive way for disposals, a small shovel to scoop up your dogs droppings. We don't provide doggie bags, we try to minimize plastic waste. Feel free to bring your own. We have hose hookups around the property to rinse off your doggies or fill up their bowls from our whole house water filtration system. Just please be mindful to turn off the faucet before leaving. Come see for yourself and experience a type of peacefulness that can only be provided at the chadds ford doggie manor.

We have an awesome pool that both dogs and humans are welcome to swim! We ask that 1 human/dog in the pool unless other arrangements are made with us prior to your visit. For everyone's peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced. The remainder of the back yard is not fenced in, but is accessible for well-trained dogs with recall.
