One human per dog is allowed in the pool when ACTIVELY assisting their dog ONLY and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 13 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Welcome to VEGAS Dog park!! We are the Vega Family 👨🏽 👩🏻 👧🏻 🐶🐕‍🦺. We have a nice, big backyard for your dogs to run around and have fun in! Our spacious, fenced-in yard provides the perfect space for your dogs to roam, sniff and explore! We have a zip-line if you want to practice walking/training on a leash with them. I highly suggest the edible doggy bubbles! Hilarious to watch! We have mosquito spray available because…Texas!! There is also a water hose and bowl available. It is disinfected before each visit and the hose is turned on/off for each visit.

Plan the ultimate day of fun with your best friend. Play fetch or take your pupper swimming! Treats and toys are available. Pool can be heated if requested at least 24 hours in advance. It takes a long time to heat the pool!

Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, loves to run around here to play with us! We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!

Come visit and let your dog or dogs play in a fully fenced yard with a beautiful view of the lake. You can also take your dog or dogs around a half mile trail for a nice walk. There is also a fully screened in porch that you can relax in while your dog or dogs play. I have available a small dog pool and sprinklers if your dog or dogs like to play in the water. there is a water bowl available and freshwater from the outside faucet.
