Fun in Freeville: Fully Fenced Yard

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Come enjoy our 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard. Includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year. There is a hose available for washing off mud, cooling off, or filling up the kiddie pool in the summer. We have a box on the deck filled with balls, frisbees, and other toys. We have a small fire pit in the yard - if you want to start a fire, just let us know! Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water. If there are other extras you'd like to see, let us know! We do have this spot set to a 7-hour advance booking - please feel free to message to see if the space is available with less than 7 hours notice. We're usually able to accommodate most requests. We’re a family of dog lovers with a playful golden retriever named Wolfie, who spends most of his days chasing tennis balls, sprinting around the yard, and visiting his best friend Karl next door. Good Times Dog Yard was created as a peaceful countryside space where dogs can safely run, sniff, explore, and burn off energy while their humans slow down and relax a little too. Our private fenced yard is surrounded by trees, open country views, and nearby horse pastures, with plenty of room for dogs of all sizes and energy levels to safely play and explore. Buster's Barn & Field

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road). Fenced in dog yard, plenty of room for ball and frisbee throwing. Please ensure dogs don't jump in or dig in garden beds. If pool is empty, turn on/off well next to front steps to deck and use hose (to fill or spray your dog). Dig spot is behind the little barn (ok to uncover space from landscape fabric). If there are ripe tomatoes, feel free to pick a couple as a snack.
