It’s named in memory of our dog Max, who passed away from cancer. He loved this area so much. So, we decided to share with other dogs, who don’t have the luxury of running and sniffing and being a dog. Big pond in the back is drained do to a sand vain.

Direct River access. Country setting. Approximately 875 ft of coastline and over 5 acres of wooded area for dogs to explore. Close to town. Interstate access. Beautiful views. Please note, the area is not fenced.

M-f during the day my yard is available. We do have cats and chickens. Front and side yard are available for your pets.

This is a quiet, one road subdivision with large lots. The yard is fully 4’ fenced with a divider fence down the center and agility equipment on one side of the fence. The first section of the yard has a garbage can with poop picker, sandbox, sprinkler and garden hose, water bowl for the dogs and chairs for the humans. The back section has a dogwalk, a-frame, teeter, tunnel, weaves, and jumps.

About 2 acres of woods, about a quarter acre completely open with no trees. The rest is open but there are a few trees spread throughout. There’s also a couple trails around the property and through the woods.

Hello! Welcome to our little homestead! We are a 5min drive from exit 240 on I65. Our homestead is 3 acres, our backyard is a great place to run, chase rabbits and play fetch. We have 4 dogs who stay inside the gated area along with our chickens & ducks. Feel free to come & let your dog(s) run around getting their energy out! When you enter our driveway, you will want to follow the drive next to our poke barn. There you can park & have access to the back yard.

We are a sixty acre farm. We have all kinds of exotic animals and barn year animals as well. There is a pond for swimming. Nothing's is fenced.

Come Enjoy our private acreage! Located in the heart of Griffith Indiana. This property is very private and has lots on grass and play area for any size dog. The yard is professionally maintained and cut regularly. Dog Treats are available and toys are routinely sanitized at our property.

Fresh dog bowls and water will be provided for each dog, many trees with shaded areas for seating (currently seats 3 can assist in more chairs upon request), child play area with trampoline, slide, swings and such (please do not allow any children over the age of 12 on set and please keep toys provided for the next to enjoy) (trampoline is weighted for 180lbs), garden extras will have a basket if available, sanitizer and poop bags are available upon request. We are about 6-8 mins of 57 north or south of us so no need to feel as though you need to back track on your journey. We are surrounded by field but we are not a fenced. We keep the grass fairly short and I am constantly monitoring and landscaping our yard so i ensure there is nothing dangerous for any of our dogs. Please refrain from allowing the dogs in the garden during growing seasons (nothing dangerous just want to provide healthy food for our and other families).

Literally 5 minutes from the Iroquois County Fairgrounds off Rt. 49/52 North of Crescent City. Gas stations/hotel within minutes. Only 2 miles off a major Illinois highway, just enough to take a break, get back to it. 15 minutes West Rt. 57 Exit 283 Gilman. 17 minutes South Rt. 57 Exit 308 Kankakee. 60 minutes North Rt. 57 Exit 240 Champaign Rural setting with a great view and a spot to park for rest.
