55Sometimes all you need is a sniff adventure with your best pal! This Sniffspot is one of the best in the area. It was our first visit since last year and the yard was just as we remembered. 55My two pointers really enjoyed the property, lots of space to run and sniff. There are two ducks in the pond but thankfully they didn’t pay attention to them. There wasn’t any spots they could potentially get out, very secure. Sarah F.

55Nice place to run around with your dogs far away from busy roads. I will note there are pet ducks in the pond. If you have bird dogs or other highly prey motivated dogs be aware of that. We didn’t know there were ducks in the pond, our pointers saw em first. It wasn’t 10 acres fenced in so I’m not sure if there was more to it but still a very large space to run around. 55I cannot say enough about this spot! The property is BEAUTIFUL and there are many amenities available to you and your dog. It is completely fenced in and back on a secluded and quiet road. I felt like I was on vacation! My dog had one of the best times of his life and had so much to check out. Lots of comfy seating in the shade and so many things to see. There's even a couple geese in the pond to add the final effect. I have plans for my next visit - probably will book an evening slot so I can turn on those Christmas lights, bring some hot dogs and make s'mores. I cannot say enough about this spot! The property is BEAUTIFUL and there are many amenities available to you and your dog. It is completely fenced in and back on a secluded and quiet road. I felt like I was on vacation! My dog had one of the best times of his life and had so much to check out. Lots of comfy seating in the shade and so many things to see. My newly unsocialized adopted shelter girl LOVED her time here, l'd say this is her new favorite sniff spot by far!!!
My boy dog loved it so much as well he's a big swimmer! 100/10 will definitely love to come again and it's an hour drive for us but so worth it! It is completely fenced in your pups can not escaped so don't be worried! I am always paranoid my first time at locations as you never know, but this property is perfectly safe!
