A beautiful large shady Doggy play land! Our yard boasts over 1/2 an acre for dogs of any size to frolic and get out all ofthat energy! We also have a massive play set which includes a slide, 2 swings and a rock climbing wall, in case you have 2 legged kiddos as well! We have a dog ball launcher and include a dog bowl as well as access to the water hose to keep those sweet fur babies hydrated! Plenty of shade for when they want to take a break from chasing whatever creatures they see, and 4 wicker chairs with cushions for all the humans to kick back while they watch their fur babies have a big time chasing balls and butterflies. Each entranceincludes treats for your four legged babies, and bottles of ice cold water for you! Our entire property is completely protected by a 6 foot tall privacy fence, so you can rest assured your furbabies are safe! We love ALL breeds and don't discriminate! We just ask that they are up to date on vaccines. We are conveniently located in the heart of Leesburg off 441 behind the Gator Harley and would love to share our space with your furbabies! Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.

Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
