🚨REOPENING ALERT🚨Muddy’s Private Dog Park & Lakefront - 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced

🚨NEW RENOVATION FOR REOPENING🚨 We are so excited to announce the reopening of our SniffSpot! We recently installed a 4ft tall chain link fence along the lakefront shoreline. The fence includes a gate for easy access to the lakefront, giving you the option of letting your pup in the water or not. This replaces the previous 3ft tall silt fence that was easily bypassed and damaged from dogs and Florida storms. SEE PHOTOS 📸 Welcome to Muddy's Private Dog Park & Lakefront Lounge! This park is a 1/2 acre lakefront lot in a quiet neighborhood. The park is enclosed with a 6ft tall vinyl privacy fence on 3 sides and a new 4ft tall chainlink fence along the lakefront. This property is completely separate from our home and is not a backyard, giving you and your pups a completely private experience! As guest's ourselves to other local SniffSpot's, we love how nice it is to have a private dog park experience, avoiding the craziness of public dog parks. So we decided to create our own private dog park for our own 2 dogs, and would love to share it with your dogs as well! Whether your pups want to play fetch, run through the agility course, or go for a swim, they are sure to have an absolute blast enjoying the various amenities during their visit! While your pups play, you can enjoy the relaxing lakefront view while laying on the hammock or having some lunch at the picnic table. You may even see some various wildlife such as woodpecker's, otter's, ducks, rabbits and more! Although this property is lakefront, we found that our guest's prefer the option in allowing their pups access to the lake or not. We recently installed a 4ft tall chainlink fence along the shoreline. The fence features a gate for easy access to the lake if you wish to let your pups do so. This option will keep your pups from getting too filthy on those days that you don't feel like bathing them or cleaning your car! We cant wait to add even more amenities in the future. If you need anything at all during your visit, or have questions prior to booking, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate! Thank you for visiting!

Great visit as always! I love how much this Sniffspot feels like a slice of a nature trail, but without the worry of running into other dogs. My dog always has a blast sniffing everything

This place is the best! Easy to find, can drive right in and park anywhere, no stress about parking. Lot is huge and very shaded with lots to explore. It was clean and maintained. The kiddie pool is large enough to fit my two 100 pound girls. Tim is communicative, accommodating and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Perfect oasis under the canopy of trees, making an ideal on a hot day. Felt very safe. Easy access from the highway from Orlando. Host provided just as advertised- water, toys, puppy pool, sprinkler... top sniff spot!

Beautiful area, lots to explore. We ended up putting Spuds back on a leash because there were some gaps in the gate, but if you had a bigger dog, or one who wasn't a wild animal 4 months ago that actually listens to you you'll love it there.

Very clean place. Provided toys, poop scoop, hose and a sprinkler which my dog had a blast with. His favorite toy was the blue Jolly Ball, my dog rolled it all over the grass and tripped over it. He ran all over the yard and through the condensed forest in the back right, sniffing everything. Came back home and he crashed. Happy dog is a tired dog. I recommend this place if you have a dog that loves to run free in a forest setting.

My sister and I took our two dogs to this sniff spot. Our pups loved it! It was nice to have my dog off leash in a large fenced in area that could meet his specific needs (no other people, no unfamiliar dogs, etc.) We had fun exploring, playing with the toys provided by our host and relaxing in the shades of the trees. He’s passed out next to me from playing so hard! We definitely will be back!

Great property with lots of space for the dogs to explore. They had such a good time! Tim left a bowl of water and toys out for them and there was a hose nearby to refill water or hose down the dogs. Our first sniff spot and we’ll definitely be back!

Preceding her high risk liver surgery, I brought Misha to Raisin’s Prairie. I was immediately blown away by how gorgeous the property is, but also by the kind heart of the property’s owners. I felt very safe allowing my girl to run and sniff to her heart’s content. This spot made for both beautiful pictures and beautiful memories. I cannot thank the host enough. 💘

All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars.
