We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. I have two acres with plenty of parking. I do not have any dogs but friends/family members dogs come out and visit often. I do have a tie out, a covered porch with table and chairs, and a dog house. It is not fenced in and there are dogs next door on an invisible fence so I do ask that your dog is on a leash or has a great recall as to not bother the other dogs next door. There is a creek that runs through the property at the back, towards the field. I will provide drinking bowls/water, a kiddie play pool, and water +snacks for owners as long as I know in advance! 😊 all doggos deserve to have the room to play!
