55Beautiful, and well maintained trails! I took my 3 year old and our 7 year old pit! Definitely toddler friendly! We saw a heard of deer and a few turtles. We had a blast! We will definitely be back 💖💖Brittney L.

55We had a wonderful time at Luki's! The walking paths were great and stretch for what seems to be miles. We didn't encounter any other dogs or wildlife other than birds.
We particularly liked that the property is near other houses, so it's not as though you have to drive completely into the wilderness or anything.
The owner also quickly responded to our questions; we absolutely plan to return in the near future.Charles T.

55My dogs had a fantastic time there! Everything was well labeled and easy to find. There are ticks and what not, but I sprayed them with their peppermint spray and had no issues (they are also on a preventative). It is the woods, and I expected them to be there. If you want to avoid them winter woods trips will be for you.
I was approached by three different dogs at the entrance where you park, but all were friendly and curious. However, I was aware this could be a possibility, and they did not follow.
It is not a breaking point for me, but I know my dogs and their limits. I came for an off leash woods experience and that's what I got. If you have a reactive dog this is something to keep in mind.
I am very very pleased and will definitely be back. Cassandra R.

55Wonderful location to let dogs be dogs. Our springer spaniel and golden retriever thought it was the best day ever! Really nice trails to walk for the humans, as well. Be sure to bring bug spray!Megan O.

55We did a 2 mile birthday hike for my golden and both my furbrats loved all the smells and water to wander into. They are currently sleeping like rocks from their adventure. ZeAnn W.

55Nice space. Lots of room for my big guy to stretch out his legs. Feels like you're going on a hike without having any concerns about your dog running off. Mine never strays very far, but I know of some that would!Kimberly K.

55Our pup had so much fun playing here! There’s a little creek that runs through the property. So if your pup loves the water like our does, they’re in for a treat! Sara H.

55This place is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous. And just an all around dog's dream spot. Beautiful little creek running thru the property with little waterfalls. Areas with tall grass, huge boulders and rocks, fallen trees, tons of homes for little critters for the dogs to sniff out. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It was pure magic.Amy S.

55Our three dogs (all about 60lbs each) really enjoyed visiting Luki’s Private dog park!! The property is the host’s residence and is wooded but the grounds are well cared for so no thick brush to deal with. Our dogs had tons of room to run, a small creek to play in, and plenty of new smells to enjoy. Perhaps due to seasonal amounts of leaves on the ground but despite having a creek the property was not muddy like I feared. When we visited the hosts were not home but gave us instructions to simply push open the gate to the driveway and let ourselves in, which worked great. The property is enclosed by barbed wire fence on three sides and a wooden fence in the front. Although they could have fit through the front fence, our dogs were too busy having fun to tempt a break for it. This was our first use of Sniffspot, thankfully it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to treat our dogs again! Thanks for opening your property to some bored city dogs haha! Will G.

Frequently asked questions about Little Rock dog hiking trails
What do private dog hiking trails in Little Rock offer that public parks don't?
Private dog hiking trails in Little Rock offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for natural exploration and varied terrain, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Little Rock can't guarantee any of this. With 12 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.
Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Little Rock?
Yes! Most of Little Rock's 12 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. Little Rock listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.
When can puppies start visiting dog hiking trails in Little Rock?
Puppies can visit Little Rock dog hiking trails as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore natural exploration and varied terrain without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many Little Rock trainers specifically use dog hiking trails for puppy development.
How do I find private dog hiking trails near me in Little Rock?
Browse Little Rock's 12 dog hiking trails on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each Little Rock listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Luki's private park on 40 acres is particularly popular among Little Rock dog owners.
Can I rent dog hiking trails in Little Rock by the hour?
Yes! All 12 dog hiking trails in Little Rock are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many Little Rock dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.
What's the difference between Sniffspot dog hiking trails and public dog parks in Little Rock?
The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Little Rock mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 12 Little Rock dog hiking trails give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys natural exploration and varied terrain and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.
Are there indoor dog hiking trails in Little Rock?
Yes! Little Rock has climate-controlled indoor dog hiking trails perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Little Rock locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of Little Rock weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.
How do Little Rock dog hiking trails help with dog training?
Little Rock trainers love dog hiking trails because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice trail recall in natural environments, leash manners on varied terrain, or hiking endurance building, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for natural exploration and varied terrain.
