My name is Joannie. Puppy Paradise is in many ways a puppy! We have lots of potential! Right now renting our space means getting access to ALL 30 acres of this beautiful space. Puppy Paradise will eventually be a complex of 9 dog parks/boarding kennel/daycare pack/on-site self-service or by appointment dog grooming and much more. @puppyparadisesalado on instagram is a great place to learn about our dog care philosophy. Right now we are still sharing this vision with new friends every week and hope to see several new friends everyday. When you visit, expect to see myself, often for just a quick hello, expect that my dogs will be either in my home or a small enclosed pump house area at the very entrance to the property. Signs are being made. ☺️ I am eager to accommodate dog parents of reactive or aggressive dogs. Your dogs deserve to be outdoors and in a place where they can be protected from the unexpected off leash dog! Or even the expected on leash debacle! I can’t promise an always distraction free experience but if I can meet the need, I’ll move lots of things to make it happen. #reactivedogsmatter Expect to see me working around the property, potentially with a tractor. If I am working, I’ll try and give you a heads up and it’s usually easy to avoid me in such a large space. I’m happy to accommodate the needs of any guest dog while still being eager to get more building done everyday. I’m building portable water stations to place all around the property, giving more dogs access to fresh water on hot days. The 30 acre perimeter has been fenced with a strong hog-wire. It does a great job of keeping wildlife out and dogs safely inside. I am building 7 smaller spaces, within the 30 acres, ranging from 1.2 to 6 acre fully enclosed parks. Please communicate needs if your dogs are boundary sensitive to hearing dogs without being able to see them. I want every guest dog and emotional support human to feel delighted and uplifted for having visited Puppy Paradise. 🐶🤍

Located on one of the hills of Copperas Cove, this space offers a large area for running, sniffing and playing. Humans can rest and relax while their fur babies check things out.

Horse pasture with worn trails, trees, rocks and grassy inclines down to a clump of tall cedar trees. Horses are friendly so you can pet them too but no climbing on or chasing them.

Private horse training facility with tons of space for dogs to run. Property is high fenced on road side, dogs are contained within 40 acres divided by fencing. There is a pond to enjoy, pastures to chase balls in, and a table with umbrella to sit and enjoy the day. Drinking water provided for dogs, humans the well water is great 😉 can supply a doggie playmate or two if requested! *** IMPORTANT - DOG MUST HAVE RECALL ABILITIES TO BE OFFLEASH, YOU CALL THEM THEY COME BACK**** Please respect all animals on property including wildlife, no animal chasing. Dogs MUST NOT bite, chase, attack horses. Horses will not be loose at booked time but will be at parking area accessible to dogs. We understand barking and curiosity from dogs that have never experienced the country horse life, but do not tolerate an aggressive, prey driven demeanor and will ask you to exit the property kindly. Burnet Dogsitting and Play Park is the perfect place for an hour or two of doggie fun and exercise or even an overnight stay! Your canine family members will be well cared for by an animal lover host with a super-friendly co-host rat terrier mix named Willie who gets along with everyone (Willie of course stays inside in front bedroom if preferred)...;-) I've got plenty of chairs and a large glass table on the back porch for visiting or eating. Let your fur baby come run and play at our 0.5 acre beautiful dog park!! Complete with a pergola, furniture to sit on and kick your feet up specidically for our pet parents to sit under and relax with a cold water or cup of hot chocolate on cold days, or connect to our wifi and get some work done(provided with your admission), outdoor games (cornhole, connect 4) and doggie toys. We also provide doggie bags water for your pup! Overall this is an inviting event for your pup to run jump and play!

A safe spot for you and your pups to hang out and run around. I do not have a dog so you'll have complete privacy and run of the yard.

Welcome!! 2.5 fully fenced partly shaded acres. 6' sturdy livestock fencing with 4"x4" spacing. Very tiny dogs could possibly fit through. 22' round above ground pool with a carpeted ramp up to pool and a doggy floating platform in pool. Also, a 6' diameter baby pool under a shaded carport. Over 100 mesquite trees on property, so there are some small branches on the ground. There are also a few areas of spiny cactus (contained in 4 separate small "beds"), but still possible for a dog to come in contact with. I have dogs of my own and this has never been a problem.
