55This place is great! The tall fence, toys, and large yard were perfect for my high energy + reactive hound dog. We couldn’t be at our own house due to renovations being done and this was so much better than killing time at a public park! June M.

55This is the second times I've visited this spot and it's the perfect size, the perfect amount of sun and shade in the mid morning, and my boy just loves it. He's older and tires out fast but he loves his time here. Valerie W.

55It was a great spot, so clean and freshly cut grass. My dog loved it. They have great height fences, no other dogs and peace and quiet. Lots of shaded spots too, which my dog loved! Isabel H.

55As always, Paws and Patio was awesome! My Winston survived some horrific abuse as a puppy before being rescued and can sometimes become isolated and scared in new environments - he has always felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable at this spot. Rightfully so. Olivia goes out of her way to keep this spot clean, safe, and fun while the location and landscaping provide a perfect balance of sun and shade. I highly recommend Paws and Patio. FAQ about our Highview dog parks
Why are private dog parks better than public ones in Highview?
Private dog parks in Highview eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments that can overwhelm puppies, seniors, small dogs, or reactive pets. Sniffspot's 4 private Highview locations offer complete privacy, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. Whether you have a nervous puppy or a dog-selective adult, private bookings give you control and peace of mind.
How are Highview Sniffspot locations different from public dog parks?
Highview Sniffspots offer: (1) Complete privacy with no other dogs during your booking, (2) Controlled environments without aggressive dogs or chaos, (3) Flexible scheduling based on availability, not rigid park hours, (4) Safety for dogs of all temperaments and ages, (5) Vetted and reviewed locations—93% of visits get 5-star reviews. You get all the benefits of off-leash exercise in Highview without public dog park risks.
Can reactive dogs safely use Highview dog parks?
Yes, and this is exactly what Sniffspot was designed for! Highview has 4 private locations where reactive dogs can exercise off-leash without encountering other animals. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers between visitors, your reactive dog won't face the triggers that make public dog parks impossible. Many Highview owners of reactive dogs rely on Sniffspot as their only safe exercise option.
What amenities help anxious or reactive dogs in Highview?
Look for Highview locations with "fewer dogs seen/heard" to minimize triggers for reactive dogs. Secure fencing prevents escapes during stress. Quiet, spacious properties reduce anxiety. Some Highview hosts specifically cater to nervous or reactive dogs with extra privacy features. Read reviews to find hosts who understand fearful or reactive dog needs.
How clean are Highview dog parks?
Unlike public dog parks where cleanliness varies wildly, Sniffspot hosts in Highview maintain their own spaces and take pride in providing clean environments. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers) to prevent disease transmission. Many Highview hosts provide poop bags and trash cans. Reviews highlight cleanliness, so you can choose well-maintained locations.
Can I visit Highview dog parks with multiple dogs?
Yes! Most Highview Sniffspots welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (like 2-3 dogs maximum), which will be noted on the listing. If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward other dogs—Sniffspot's private bookings let them play together safely without outside interference.
Are Highview dog parks good for senior dogs?
Yes! Highview Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or large dogs. Look for Highview spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility.
How do I find dog parks in Highview for small dogs?
Filter Highview's 4 locations by "small dog friendly" to find spaces specifically suited for toy breeds and small dogs. These tend to be more intimate, with secure fencing that prevents squeezing through gaps. Some Highview hosts have separate small dog areas or cater specifically to petite pups who might get overwhelmed at large public dog parks.
