A fully 4 foot fenced property with the main access gate to the left of the house. 0.21 Acres in Cole Harbour across from the Colby outdoor pool. A small wooded area behind the lawn and gardens. Lots of options for hand tossed balls and frisbees. A puppy clean up station is available on site. Chairs and a table are available for human visitors. A first aide kit will be made available at the puppy care station. Currently lights are only illumination the deck and in front of the shed. Remainder of yard’s illumination planned for 2025. Off street parking available. Day of bookings acceptable. Prefer at least a 2 hour notice to ensure booking is confirmed and yard is cleared and safe for visitors. Looking forward to having you, your family and canine companion visit Margaret’s Backyard.
