10 Beautiful Acres with River 12 minutes from Hudson WI

Fully Fenced
18 acres

12/31/25 update: I have tried to maintain a plowed trail, but the wind gusts are doing everything they can to stop me. The field has snow drifts over the trail. PARKING only at the barn/field entrance. You will not be able to drive into the field until after snow melt and once the ground firms up, likely in late April to mid May. We have a beautiful piece of land with a (mostly) fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

Frequently asked questions about Luck dog agility parks

What amenities do Luck dog agility parks typically include?

Luck dog agility parks feature amenities designed for agility training and mental stimulation: agility equipment and parkour obstacles, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Luck hosts customize their spaces. Browse 5 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog agility parks in Luck with water access?

Many Luck dog agility parks include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Luck days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Luck hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog agility parks in Luck compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Luck see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog agility parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Luck hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Luck dog agility parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Luck dog agility parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Luck private dog agility parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog agility parks in Luck?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Luck that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Luck dog agility parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Luck dog agility parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Luck dog agility parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Luck where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Luck dog agility parks for special events?

Many Luck dog agility parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Luck hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Luck dog agility park listings for event policies.

How do Luck dog agility parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Luck dog agility parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Luck special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
