Tucker's Wish Run and Play Park

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

The only Sniffspot in Indiana with a climate-controlled indoor play room. 🐾 I created this spot for pups who just deserve a safe place to run, play, and relax with their favorite humans. Please note: Maximum of 2 people per dog (Exceptions can be made for adoption meet & greets and immediate families — message me with any questions!) Our indoor space is ready for year-round fun, and the backyard is packed with agility equipment, enrichment activities, toys, and activities you won’t find anywhere else. What’s included: Full privacy fence• Heated indoor room + summer A/C• Tires, kiddie pools, A-frame, tree tug toy, jolly balls & more• Toys for every size and play style• Endless tennis balls 🎾• Raised cots for training or relaxing• Towels available• Water hose access• Doggy bags provided• Water dispenser & cups for humans Neighbor note: My neighbors do have dogs, but there’s a large distance and a privacy fence between the yards. It has not bothered most reactive dogs that visit. If their dogs become noisy, she is usually very kind about bringing them inside. Once inside the yard, there is no direct fence-line contact. This space is dedicated to my soul dog, Tucker, who crossed the rainbow bridge far too soon. 🌈🐾This would have been his dream yard. At Tuckers Wish, we’re always improving and adding new things to make your visits even better. Feedback is always welcome, so never hesitate to reach out. Tucker was one of the friendliest, most social dogs you could ever meet. He made everyone feel loved, and I hope this space gives you and your pups that same feeling every time you visit. Follow us on Instagram @TuckersWish We’d love to see your photos and videos from your visit!

Steve's Dog's Retreat

Thanks for checking out my area for your dog. My yard is 2,500 square feet which is completely fenced. I had planted a tree a couple years ago, so there is some shade. In the center of my yard has a fire pit which I do use and I do not mind if you use it too. Water and treats with a nice open spot will make your dog happy. I had a husky and he never did escape so you can feel safe with your dog here.

Frequently asked questions about McCordsville dog parks

Are there dog parks in McCordsville for reactive dogs?

Yes! McCordsville has 499 private dog parks specifically designed for reactive, anxious, or dog-selective pets. Unlike public dog parks where unexpected encounters can trigger your reactive dog, Sniffspot offers completely private bookings. That means only you and your dogs will be there. We enforce 30-minute buffers between visits so you won't run into other park users when arriving or leaving. This makes McCordsville Sniffspots perfect for reactive dogs who need safe off-leash exercise.

How many private dog parks are in McCordsville?

McCordsville has 499 private Sniffspot locations ranging from cozy backyard spaces to expansive properties spanning 77.5+ acres. You'll find fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and dog fields options, each offering complete privacy during your reserved time. Browse listings to compare sizes, amenities, fencing, and reviews from other McCordsville dog owners.

Are McCordsville dog parks friendly for all dog types?

Absolutely! McCordsville Sniffspot locations work for every type of dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer away from large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space to run, and yes, reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. Because bookings are completely private, you can customize the experience to your dog's specific needs—whether that's careful puppy introductions or stress-free exercise for nervous dogs.

Will there be other dogs at McCordsville dog parks?

No, that's what makes Sniffspot different from public dog parks! We only allow one booking at a time, and host dogs must be kept away during your visit. When you book a McCordsville dog park, you have the entire space to yourself (plus any dog-owning friends you invite). This privacy is crucial for reactive dogs, puppies in training, or any dog who needs space from other animals.

What makes McCordsville dog parks safe for anxious dogs?

McCordsville Sniffspot locations provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. There are no aggressive dogs, no inattentive owners, and no unexpected encounters that could traumatize anxious or fearful dogs. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars, with many highlighting how safe their reactive or anxious dogs felt.

Can puppies use McCordsville dog parks?

Absolutely! McCordsville dog parks are ideal for puppy socialization because they provide controlled, distraction-free environments. Puppies can practice recall, build confidence, and explore without the overwhelming chaos of public dog parks. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting any McCordsville Sniffspot.

Are McCordsville dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many McCordsville Sniffspot hosts mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're appropriately sized for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs risk being overwhelmed or injured by larger breeds, McCordsville private bookings give your small dog the entire space to themselves. Look for secure fencing with minimal gaps and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

What are the requirements for McCordsville dog parks?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. Each McCordsville host may have additional requirements listed on their booking page. Most welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit traditional public dog parks.
