This fully fenced, dog-first backyard gives your dog about ½ acre to run, sniff, play, and relax under giant oak trees. The entire yard is enclosed by a solid 6-foot wooden privacy fence with no gaps, offering a private space for off-leash fun. Pool add-on: Add the pool rental for access to our new 12-by-24-foot above-ground pool. It includes a floating dock that makes it easier for dogs of many sizes to get in and out of the water. To access the pool, please ensure you book it. The pool is intended for dogs. Children are not allowed in the pool. Our property is designed for dogs first. We have dogs of our own, so the yard comes with plenty of interesting new smells to explore. Dogs live in the neighboring yards as well, so you may hear, or smell other dogs during your visit but you will not see them. This is great for training reactive dogs in a new environment! Shade- Large, mature oak trees provide generous shade throughout the yard, with a shaded pergola for people who want to sit and relax while their dogs play. Access Enter through the side gate using the walkway from the adjacent public Round Rock park. Please reach out to us with any questions you might have about renting our space. North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

8/30/26 Spot closed for maintenance. We will open back up in the fall! Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

As of 9/14 we cant book any pool bookings during the day, however is you are just using Sniffspot and no pool, please message me and I can open up the calendar! Please note, no more than 4 people on the property per booking. There is an ADDITIONAL FEE for dogs to swim as well as an ADDITIONAL FEE for mom+/dad to swim with them. And please be aware of communication thru the app as it’s imperative to facilitate interactions and the lay of the land. If you don’t respond before your booking, we may cancel your reservation. (I’m sure you can see with this info that there are MANY that don’t respond and don’t participate in the rules) With that said, Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! (Hot tub not available for use)
