Private property with 5+ acres of both a manicured lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

10 acres of mixed pastures and woods, has welded wire main outer fencing and some goat cross fence, we raise goats and chickens and 4 cows here too. Wild turkey and deer can also be seen on occasion the property plenty of shade from large old oak trees is available and a picnic table in the shade to rest is also handy. We now have available drinks and snacks for the humans as well as our 4 legged friends.

We gave 18 acres for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and use their noses, located right between OKC and Shawnee! Go for a leisurely stroll through the back property, bring a ball for a game of fetch, do some digging in the old river bed... then head back to the house to cool off in the pool! Our property is partially fenced with a combination of wire fencing and chain link. The wide open space makes it great for dogs who need room to run. There is always a chance of coming across roadrunners or deer! Ample parking up and down the gravel driveway. THIS SPOT IS NOT FULLY FENCED AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR DOGS WHO DO NOT HAVE A SOLID RECALL. DO NOT LET DOGS OFF LEASH IN THE FRONT YARD. NEIGHBOR DOGS MAY BE VISIBLE AND AUDIBLE IN THE FRONT YARD. BARN CATS MAY BE VISIBLE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. ANY POTENTIAL HARM CAUSED TO ANY LIVESTOCK OR BARN CATS WILL BE COMPENSATED BY VISITOR.
