Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests with umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help with additional shading. We provide potty bags and a garbage can for disposal. Water provided to dogs and minimal toys. Tetherball has been added and is only to be used by your dog. The tetherball is NOT for humans(small, medium, or large sizes). Thank you and Enjoy!

What is this is my property that I’ve owned for nearly 5 years I’m in the final stages of major projects being accomplished. I also have a lot that could be fenced in. I had quite the garden this year lots of different wildflowers, and a garden that was full of fresh vegetables, looking into planting fruit trees currently have two shade trees, one in the front one in the backyard. Totally fenced in property. The sky is the limit for adding more pet and owners a place to come relax and let their dogs enjoy the sunshine ☀️ I love dogs. I love life and BBQ. I could even provide some grub in advance if that is something that’s okay with. I am an open minded individual. Excellent at listening. Very open to suggestions. This is the best sniffspot around Hands down I been going here for 2 years I believe It’s always so clean and tidy The owner is an absolute doll. She makes special accommodations for me at times. Which is so kind🙏🏽 Just an all around great spiritual positive place to be with my am-staff Today the grass was fresh cut the flowers were blooming and beautiful warm breeze through the tall trees that surround this little treasure was just perfect. My two bigger dogs enjoyed their first Sniff Spot experience here today. Lovely, big, clean, tucked away yard. Nice shady spot set up for humans to sit. Water, toys provided. Host was very friendly and available over messaging. And so cute that our dogs' names were written on the little welcome sign at the front gate!

Loved the specific instructions on how to get there, it meant we knew exactly what to do and what to expect when we showed up. Plenty of shaded area so you’re dogs can play even on the super sunny days. This was our first SniffSpot experience but it won’t be our last!

It was a great lil place. There is a neighbor with a dog whom both the human and dog were out and about so if that's an issue for your animal be aware. One of ours is reactive, but it was just far enough away to where it was fine:) our other little dog loved trying to say hello to them:) This place had a lot of little extra hidden areas whether it was bushes, or grass kept longer, or what not, either way it added many more opportunities for them to adventure around, they loved it !!! Monty had a great time today and is finally tuckered out. Clear directions, private double entry and all amenities provided. Neighbor’s dog was visible across the driveway and barked a little bit (not excessively, normal dog behavior) Monty’s not reactive to other dogs so we were good, just something to keep in mind if it’s too distracting for your pup. We went at 12:30 pm. The porch was perfectly shaded with a very comfy rocking chair and partly shaded yard. Lots of fun were had. He’s been sleeping all day.

The yard was secure for my 55 pound ball obsessed pup. Throwing the chuck-it was our goal and she left with her tongue hanging, which is always a good sign. We did see and hear the neighbor's dogs but they do not share a fence line, so it was just a little barking from them and then they went on about their business. We had our own water and toys, but it looked like there were options to choose from.

This was our first sniff spot experience and we had such a great time. My dog is deaf and so going to any parks off leash is hard. This was such a nice alternative. She was wiped out after 20 min but we wandered around and played with the various things she found. Super happy! Will go back! Host was very nice and location was easy to find. Super close to powell butte if you wanted to make it a day
