Long dog run area for throwing a ball, dry grassy area for running and play; trees to sniff. Perfect for small or large dogs. Sprinkler to play in, during the summer. The entrance is on the east side of our property, not via our house/garage. You can park on the street, or drive right into the yard, if that's easier. We have 2 dogs on the property but they will not be allowed in the reserved area. They are in a separate area that is fenced and they are not visible. The land features a trail that loops the entire perimeter, a short forest hiking trail, and a large mowed field that’s perfect for fetch and free running. The property is gated with secure parking and garbage bins on site. There’s also a fire pit area in the back fetch field with propane and wood available. In the winter, the perimeter trail is plowed so you can enjoy the space year-round. A free 15 minute ride around the property is included with your first booking! Construction waste and other large items are also accepted, but must be approved via text before disposal. Dumpster use for dog poop and vehicle trash is always FREE!
