Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have a dog in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno is super friendly. He will not be roaming in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Most guests just use the back yard, so it’s not an issue. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, there is one on the left side of the main house, And there is also a water spigot on the right side of the back house. When you arrive the first time, simply text me through the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around if I can. You can park in front if the garage. This is an open field acre - area that is available for you and your fur baby to run around and play in a traffic free field that has room for obstacles, training, digging, and anything else you’d like to partake in! It is far off from any open roads to avoid any accidents that might occur to your fur baby! It does not have a gate so it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your doggo at all times. There is a water hose outside of the housing unit nearby, as well as dog waste bags, drinking water bowls, and some miscellaneous dog toys for your baby to play with. There is an option of the smaller open field directly behind my housing unit as well as the larger open field area a house down from my unit. Both areas are open and available for you to decide of which area you’d like to utilize, with parking nearby.
