Our covered pergola adds a shaded area to sit and relax and on the cooler days you'll enjoy the mini propane fire bowl. Under the pergola we have a dog hammock if your pup would like to relax in the shade with you. For the more energetic pup we have a fun obstacle course. We have a waterfowl for you to use just bring your own water, we also have doggie waste bags for you to use during your visit. We also have a wooded walking trail on our 3 acres that your pups are sure to love.

Our 9-acre property has over 5 acres of mowed land, with several trails and pathways as well. While the area is unfenced, it is far away from the road and downslope, so the road is not visible/accessible from the property.

Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. 24/7 monitored. Quite but medium traffic and occasional walkers or bikers. 2.25 acres, a little less than an acre fenced with a sandbox, and one tree. We are on a 55 mph road. Please do not let your dog off tether outside of the fence. A long tether is recommended. American flag(s) are flown by me, if this bothers you please look elsewhere or ignore them. Any extras that are not free are so I can replenish or replace when they wear out. I have well water and prefer you drink filtered. If you buy a bottle and give it to or share with your dog a bowl is available at no charge. The $5 hose and water charge is to cover the well pump, power and maintenance or replacement and filtered jug water for your dog. As long as you are responsible and respectful my land is your land, figuratively of course. Feel free to bring food and use the tables. Within reason, trash and recycling cans are available. PLEASE put ANY recyclables in the proper can. If I need to get bigger cans there may be a charge, my family less than fills the smaller cans. You can also carry out any trash if you want to.

My name is Cayla I do own a few dogs but them & myself will be nowhere in sight when you and your pup arrive I may have to show you the first time how to get in the yard because the side gate is broken but it’s still there. Your pup will not get out. I am in the middle of trying to get it fixed. My yard isn’t much but it’s a yard. It’s fully fenced in and has a privacy screen all around it because I do have reactive dogs so I don’t like them to see out too much. There is an occasional people walking by with their dogs again you can’t really see out unless you’re very concentrated on it, other than that it’s usually quiet around here. No one goes in the backyard except me and my dogs, but will be away. There’s a trampoline for you and your dogs to enjoy. I have a sprinkler hose and yard they can dig up if they want. 🐾

Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

New sniff spot with many plans in the works. We plan on providing fresh water at some time. Adding more level ground. Clearing more tall grass. Bring your dogs and some chairs. Have a campfire or cookout. Will be adding more level ground and clearing. There is a nice flat spot away from the road along the creek for ball tossing. And a nice flat upper level. Plenty of wood laying around for a campfire. We will be adding some fire rings soon. Please be patient as we make this an even better sniff spot. Filling and leveling more ground as we go.
