There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard. Peaceful country escape to allow your pups to run and explore off-leash. The full size of the property is 11.5 acres, but the area for the dogs to explore is restricted to the fields in front of, on the side of, and behind the barn (so approx 3 acres). There is a sand riding arena that is great for ball throwing or bring a remote control car and run it for your dogs (I used to do this and my dogs had the absolute best time!). There are a few balls on the property for guest use. There are horses on the property, and no chasing of the horses will be tolerated. This property is also best for dogs that have good recall, as there is occasional wildlife that passes through. In the winter months, depending on rainfall, there is a seasonal creek and seasonal ponds that offer additional fun and exploration for dogs.
