This spot was great! The yard was partially muddy but it was so roomy that didn’t even matter. Yard was secure and mostly quiet. One neighbor had a barking dog but our girl wasn’t bothered.

My two corgis had a great time! The yard is big enough that just a few minutes of zoomies had them pretty worn out. You could occasionally hear dogs barking but the fence was big and tell enough you could not see the neighboring dogs which was perfect! The house is in a nice clean neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time. As a young female, I was skeptical of SniffSpot at first. This property helped alleviate the anxiety and fears I had about letting my dogs run around at a strangers house. Andrea replied very fast and was very kind / professional. I do recommend:)

My pup loved running off leash. While in a nice neighborhood, the area was completely secluded and quiet. We were able to have a good training session and playtime after an extended sniffing time. Water and toys available along with chairs for dod moms and dads to rest.

Do your dog a favor and book it! This was my first sniffspot and me and my dog (Blue) had an amazing time! Blue became reactive after she was attacked by another dog and I haven’t been able to feel comfortable with her anywhere as I was always scared something could traumatize her again. This sniffspot allowed her to finally be off leash and free with her guard down. She was so happy running and enjoyed herself. We will definitely be back!

Always a great experience for my pup & I. The host is amazing & patient due to scheduling changes or weather interference. This spot is fantastic and Lynyrd loves running around with the zoomies and then just chillin. ❤️

This was our first SniffSpot experience and it definitely won’t be our last! Andrea, the host, was gracious and helpful with all the questions that I had. The fence is huge! There is a tall fence all around the area which was great because my dog is a jumper. He loved sniffing all the spots and being off leash which is difficult when you have a dog who is reactive to intact males. We are so happy to have found this place and this host. I would and definitely will recommend this spot to everyone I know. Much safer than you’re regular dog parks. Thanks so much Andrea!

Nice property to roam with your dogs. The owner is very accommodating. If I had it to do over, the only thing I would have done different is to schedule earlier in the morning when it was a bit cooler. We had to cut our visit short because the dogs were getting a little too warm.

Our dogs LOVED exploring this beautiful property! Really well maintained, includes both a lovely lawn for sprinting, woodsy underbrush for sniffing, a creek for swimming and splashing, logs for jumping. Owner provides water for the dogs, a hose and towel for clean-up, and plenty of human/dog seating.

Brenda’s property is amazing. My pup had a great time, on (and off) the trails, and running around in the large yard. It is truly a dog’s paradise. Brenda was delightful, and really easy to work with. Looking forward to bringing my dog back soon!

Best day for the year 2020. This was something new and refreshing for them and for me as well. I saw my dogs run and play in the woods where I felt it was safe and saw them do things I never saw them do before . Will be making this a place to visit often. Highly recommended.

Brenda, and her property, were amazing! We were so grateful to have her 5 acres to let our dogs play in. We don't know how we would have survived without this opportunity. Thank you, Brenda!

The woods were a wonderful place for Fitz to romp. We could have played on the large open lawn area or we could have gone swimming in the pool, but it was the perfect day to run in the woods. We can't wait to go back. Brenda is a wonderful host. She met us before our hour started just to let us know what was there. It was perfect!

FAQ about our Sedalia fully fenced dog parks

Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.

Start by applying basic filters, such as fences height and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your dog. You can see attributes of fences such as height, gaps and fencing type to find the perfect fenced-in space for dogs. You can filter by size to make sure you have plenty of space, or a smaller space if you prefer a neighborhood park. You can browse on a map by park location to find one in your city or near your city. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our off-leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible near the space. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to check features you want for your activity, such as fresh water, trail features such as soft trails or walking trails, or even water fountains. If you prefer wood chips, many of our parks have wood chips or indoor space if you prefer a beautiful park building.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot fully fenced dog park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.
