You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! Welcome to our private farm. We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and against neighboring properties. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there is wire fencing between our properties. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside or in our private, fenced-in back yard during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

Hello and Welcome to our Playground!! I’m Ginny, we hope that you enjoy your time here. There are 2 water bowls & a hose pipe to refill them if needed. I have 6 foot wooden privacy fence that’s secure. Feel free to play with the balls in the yard or bring your own toys. Please pick up after your dog(s) there’s a trash can under the carport. There’s a table and 2 chairs for you to use if you wish. There are cameras on my property, please be respectful of my space. I’m home most of the time and can meet with you if you wish. I do have 2 dogs of my own that are in a kennel within the house. This is a quiet area with a few squirrels, people walking their dogs & just taking walks themselves. Feel free to ask me anything. Please do not park in the driveway

We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. Dog barking is audible and dogs are visible while in the spot. 𝟓) There is a marked “creek spot” outside the fenced Sniffspot gate. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. We ask that visitors ONLY use a provided poop scoop to deposit waste over fence lines/into a compost tumbler 𝐎𝐑 use 100% compostable poop bags (bring your own or use those provided) to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. Detailed directions for their use are posted at the spot. No plastic bags are allowed in the tumbler or to be left on the property. 𝟖) Cushioned seating and hammocks are for people only, please. 𝟗) No children under age 7 are allowed without prior approval. Please message with request. 𝟏𝟎) There are some old farm implements half-buried in the ground in a brushy area. Not for playing or climbing on or near. Offering Sniffspot allows our family a unique opportunity to share our beautiful property with others. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Beautiful fully fenced huge yard in Madison! Our dogs love our new yard as it’s spacious enough for runs and playing frisbee. We’d love to share it with you! Safely enclosed. Short grass. Tall well built fence safe for jumpers. We do have a pool on site but it is fenced separately so your dog will not be able to access the pool area. We provide doggie treats, water, poop bags, paw wipes, toys, bug spray and a sitting area for their humans. Lots of trees to provide shade. We hope you and your doggies enjoy our private park!

Welcome! Your fee is 100% donated to Critter Calvary Rescue of Williamson County, in memory of our dogs in my pictures, who have passed away of old age. We have 2 areas for your dog! Front yard with Iron Fence and human seating! Back yard with chain link fence and human seating - and a deck with seating! The back yard is mostly dirt and on a hill, with some ground leaves and grass. We have taken this very seriously, and have landscaping pros inspecting each day to remove hazards. Our research found that the families in the 1950's would burn their trash in the back yard, so the shards have emerged in the dirt surrounding our older home. We are digging and removing these each week.
