It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up. Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Fully Fenced, Peaceful, Beautiful Dog Park

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

The Gulch Lake

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25

COMING SOON-McCann Ranch-1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Walnut Creek

Welcome to the McCann "Ranch." Fully fenced former horse arena. This is the ideal private area for a dog to explore and let out some energy. The secure arena has a fence that has been reinforced with welded wire added to original arena fencing. Nothing can get through this fence. Large secure area for dogs to run and play. Hose water, chairs and shade available. Towels and rags are available for wet weather. Poop bags are also available, please clean up after your pet. No farm animals currently on the property but expecting goats soon. Goats will be separated by a secure fence. Neighboring property has horses but several fences exist between the nieghbors horses and arena area. It may be possible to smell the horses but unlikely to visibly see the neighboring horses. We have a dog who will be away at the house at all times you are here. The house is not near the sniffpost designated area. If you'd like our dog to play with yours please message us, otherwise we'll leave you be and you will have total privacy.

Playtime for Paws

We have approximately 0.25 acres of fenced yard with chairs, water, dog bags, garbage, several balls, a throwing arm for balls to play fetch, toys, and a pup pool. We also have an agility course upon request.

Pond and Field

Great open farm area and pond for your dogs to run around and get wet. Lots of space for you to relax as well. We have a fresh water hose to shower your dog off after they swim. Water is tested for toxic algae.

Fenced, 5-ish Acre Open-Space & Place to Play

Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These lovable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees. While the frontage is fenced, it is livestock fencing, so small dogs can escape. If your dog does not listen to commands and is prone to be an escape artist, this may not be the spot for them. During the dry season there are large cracks in the ground so be cautious. Ticks can also be prevalent during certain times of the year, so be sure to check yourself and your pup after a visit. Several neighboring properties have dogs in their fenced yards. There is no access to water here, so please plan accordingly. Enjoy!

Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.
