Our property is approximately 1/2 mile off the road making it safer for your pup! Come visit our secluded and serene location in Sunbury, Ohio. Roam the property, take a hike on over 1 mile of well kept trails, or just walk around the barn to check out all of our chickens! We do have a few barn cats that are all friendly, and up to date on all vaccines. When you’re all done playing, drive up the road to visit Henmick Farm brewery. Their outdoor area is leashed dog friendly and they serve the best food trucks, beers and cocktails! *please note, there are streams along the trails that dry up during summer months, but the large pond is not our property.

6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet settings and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun. Please make sure your dogs are on flea preventative to ensure a flea free environment. If they are not on monthly preventative please administer 24 hour active flea meds prior to your visit. This is a pretty trail through wooded area. It is well away from roads to work on off leash or long line. The trail does go near other houses but we did not encounter any dogs or people. We did see chipmunks, squirrels, deer, cats and a turtle! There was a lot of poison ivy that I do notice because I get it so easy. But it is the woods! So wear socks and sturdy shoes. Definitely recommend.

This sniff spot was perfect for my pups! They loved running through the woods and they especially loved looking at the chickens on the property! There was a water bowl, hose, dog treats, and a small towel accessible for my pups! I definitely recommend visiting here!

Excellent spot! 10/10 would recommend. The trails were great (currently covered with leaves so watch your step). There was water and dog bug spray. The property was massive and we easily spent two hours wandering around and playing fetch.
