Fully fenced in yard with privacy fence. Accessible from outside the home. There is little grass coverage, but plenty of shade and room for your dog to run and release some energy! We have two dogs so there will be PLENTY of fun things to sniff in the yard. (Our dogs will not be outside during your visit.) Our home is a corner lot, so we only have two sides of our fence shared with neighbors. They do not have dogs, but my neighbor to the back CORNER does have dogs that can be seen from my elevated patio. They are not able to access our fence, though.

Absolutely excellent! My boyfriend and I’s dogs had a grand time. The fence is super well built, very high, with no cracks for dogs to squeeze or see between. The lawn was IMMACULATE with a large deck to provide extra shade, and a great water hose so your pups can get a drink or cool off. We will for sure be returning!!!

House is located in a cul-de-sac and very easy to access! I parked on the road right in front of their home and accessed the gate easily. I brought my own water but it seems like theres access to water! Huge clean yard and lots of space to run around! We will definitely come back!

Convenient location and very private yard. It was a nice break for us to just sniff and play (we love our walks, but we have to train/counter-condition dog fear reactivity on every walk and mom gets tired sometimes). Thanks Galen for making your yard available!
