55John and Jenny's place is great for a quick run about, lots of good sniffs, birds to track and the pond is great too. John...I owe you an apology tho ...I totally forgot to grab my purple poop baggie 😞😞😞 Sooooo sorry.
Also, sorry for waking you and I hope you feel better soon. We'd love to book again if you can forgive me for forgetting the poop bag, please!Kathleen M.

55I visited this Sniffspot with three German Shepards. The space was clean, safe, and completely closed in, which gave me peace of mind while my dogs ran around freely. The highlight is definitely the pond my dogs had the best time swimming, and cooling off. It’s rare to find a place where dogs can both play and swim without the stress of crowds or other off-leash dogs.
Booking was easy, the property felt well-maintained, and there was plenty of room to play ball. My dogs came home happy and tired. If you’re looking for a safe, fun, and unique outing for your dog, this spot is perfect. We’ll definitely be back!Heather J.

55John’s place was perfect for my 2 shepherds. Tue space was private and John had a table and chairs, and water with a dog bowl for us. The property was shaded and the trees blocked any view of the road. I felt 100 percent safe having my dogs off leash for swimming. Jennifer X.

55John's Sniffspot is the perfect place for my 3 dogs who LOVE to swim, and play frisbee. The pond was clean, with 2 running fountains, and a sandy beach- my dogs had a fabulous time! - we'll definitely be coming back.
If you need privacy for your dogs, I would suggest giving John a heads-up, as the property is the front yard of their house, and there were quite a few people around on our visit- which wasn't at all a problem for us, but could potentially be for others.Juliet W.

55The yard and pond were so great! My dogs jumped right in. There is a small sandy beach area, a dock, and lots of swimming to be done. Bring a toy or ball if you want to play fetch in the yard. My dogs did take an interest in the chickens, so I had to direct them away from the coop, so be careful with that.
I met John briefly. He was a very pleasant host. Chairs, water, and pet waste bags are right at the pond. When you pull in, don't worry about the No Tresspassing signs. I pulled up to the automatic gate, and the host let me right in.Suzanne J.

55This is a big, well maintained, shady space with a clean pond. Our water loving dog didn’t waste a moment before leaping into the water. There’s a lead on a long overhead line for pups who don’t have good recall. This was perfect for our puppy while our older dog swam. As other comments say, there is a thick tree line in place of a fence. Our dogs happen to love exploring so this was not quite as limiting as it would be for most dogs. There is also a chicken coop on the property, somewhat hidden but of course our nosy dogs found it. It’s completely closed up but it’s something to be aware of if your dogs would find that tempting. Overall a lovely place for pups and humans and we will definitely visit again. Kim B.

55Had another great time here, dogs and my grandson enjoyed the pond. I think my dogs are really getting used to the water this time, which is great. There were baby chickens and my border collie was a little too curious, lol. Plenty of room here to play chuck it ball with my dogs. Wonderful host. Look forward to next time we come!Patricia P.

55We had a great visit! I appreciated all of the info about getting to the house since it’s off a busy road. The host was very friendly and happy to accommodate anything we needed. My dogs had a great time swimming and digging in the sand! The beach was easy for them to get out of the water and also had a wide area to do so. Lots of grass to roam around too. I kept my dogs on leads the whole time due to the yard not being fenced, which I knew it would be! I’m glad I did because they would have quickly chased the wild turkey that wandered into the yard 😆. I would recommend this spot for your dogs who love swimming! Katelyn B.

55This is by far the best yard ever, if i could give 10 stars i would! We all loved it so much. My aussie girl went into the water, and by the time we left she was already dry. There is ample room for playing "chuckit" ball on both sides of the pond. It was so peaceful just what we needed. No dogs to bother us just frogs, lol. Thank you for the water for my girls, and waste bsgs ready, and a table and chairs. Theres a nice trail around the pond and a perfect 50/50 sun/ shade mix. I will definately put this on the top of my list and we will be back!!Patricia P.
