Dog Hiking Trails

Unfenced
63 acres

Come hike 63+ acres of land with trails throughout at our future homestead! The first 20 acres is grassland with multiple mowed trails. The back 43+ is wooded with one main trail circling through it and two entrance/exits. There is wetland off trail throughout the property, but mostly in the woods. Water levels will vary. The trails are used for ATV’ing but make for a great hike! Plan for a picnic…we have a platform with a picnic table and garbage can available. A beautiful piece of land! Note: The large pond at the back of the property in the woods is not ours. The woods trail runs along border of it. It’s a steep drop to the pond. There’s a house on the other side of it. This is an area you’ll hear people & other noises if they’re outside. *No well or city water access at this time* It’s vacant land we use recreationally right now. :)

Kay's 10 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Corcoran

Partially Fenced
10 acres

Plan is to open site by June 20, 2026. Front area will have a securely fenced area, as well as adjacent grassy unfenced area. Upon following the driveway to behind the residence, there is another less securely fenced area. This area exits to a pond area and another bigger grassy area. At the point that the path crosses over the creek, a sign posted will request dogs to be leashed beyond that point, both for safety and for the purpose of avoiding intruding upon the neighbor’s property. Various walking paths will be cleared through the small woods, after which walkers may double back and complete their trek in the area around the barn and residence. There will be a small picnic area outside of the front fully fenced private dog park area.

Usually yes! Many Waite Park dog hiking trails offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Waite Park private dog hiking trails let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog hiking trails in Waite Park?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Waite Park that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Waite Park dog hiking trails have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Waite Park dog hiking trails allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Waite Park dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Waite Park where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Waite Park dog hiking trails for special events?

Many Waite Park dog hiking trails welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Waite Park hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Waite Park dog hiking trail listings for event policies.

How do Waite Park dog hiking trails accommodate dogs with special needs?

Waite Park dog hiking trails are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Waite Park special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
