What people say about dog hiking trails around Rosemount, Minnesota

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They never disappoint and go above and beyond every time. Time slows does and you feel like you are on a vacation, sitting by the fire, roasting marshmallows, while the dog gets to run and play. I swear he knows the paths by heart and loves to barrel down them as fast as he can. Due to the muddy weather the hosts took extra precautions for visitors safety and enjoyment by spreading mulch. Honestly, I can't say anything bad about this place. I leave and am already looking forward to the next visit.

This was my first time visiting a SniffSpot location and it was even better than I expected! Our host had a fire pit lit for us in case we got cold, provided water and drinks in the party barn fridge, well kept trails, poop bags, toys, literally everything you could need! The goats were awesomely well behaved and let our dogs bark at them without reacting lol. Excellent, fun location, we'll definitely be back!

Our first time there was great! My part herding dog was very into seeing goats for the first time and this spot made my friend with a new dog sign up for Sniffspot so we'll both be back. Thank you!

FAQ about our Rosemount dog hiking trails

Are dog hiking trails safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. Our hiking trails tend to be outside the city, which lends to more privacy, but it is also important to follow typical hiking safety precautions, such as potentially having trail maps.
