Come and enjoy the Kansas City areas first continuing Sniffspot private rentable dog yard. When you book our yard it is yours alone no other dogs or people to deal with, feel free to bring your family or friends as you and your pup/pups enjoy play, sniffing or just relaxing. Our yard is 125' by 70' + private yard, fencing is 3.5 feet in height, fresh water will be made available (with ample notice). This area is our play yard for our pups we are continuing to improve it as time and funds allow, we do have some equipment (currently hurdles, weave poles) on site that can be made available if requested (may be out but can be removed if you wish) One side of our yard does meet our neighbors property and they might be mowing or trimming during your visit ( if it does occur and disrupts your vist please let me know). Please feel free to post photos of your pup/pups enjoying our yard

Full acre to run play Frisbee or fetch with balls. Pond attached for swimming.

We have 3 acres with a pond. 1 acre is fully fenced and also a 400sq ft fenced area near our barn for our chickens.

Fenced in backyard with shady trees and sunny spots for any doggo! We have mulch and a sandy spot for any diggers, a shed that dogs can run around and behind, a open space next door that is home to bunnies and squirrels for great sightings. Dogs border the back fence, but with a privacy fence, border aggression isn't a thing. There's a deck with table and chairs for the human.

Simple back yard play area. .17 acres fully fenced in area with access to hose, can provide filtered water for dogs during 9-3 hours. Will be a 15 foot above ground pool in the dirt circle showed in pics, not for dogs. Solar panels create cover for dogs in hot &/or rainy weather. No cover for humans unless want to use the solar panels as well. Will be purchasing shelter eventually. No seating except couple lawn chairs. Fire ring avaialbe for small fires, must preregister to use. Dog bags & treats available from 10-2. Have a few frisbees & balls that our dogs can share. Nice long fenced in fur baby pen/run. Its connected to our deck via a doggy ramp with a small place for pup parents to hang out! Theres also a main gate to get in or the gate to the deck. We have a few toys but please bring your favorites! I will provide a full water bowl as well. We have a large driveway and were easy to get to. Pull around back!

I have a large fully fenced in backyard. I do have a German shepherd that can be used as a playmate if I am Home during the booking or kept indoors if you prefer complete private playtime. Dog droppings are expected to be picked up and disposed of in the marked trash can. Dog bags are not provided.
