The Canine Spot West Jax

Fully Fenced
3 acres

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! (Also please note with the venue barn up front there may be events going on or being set up during your visit) (Neighboring property has dogs, see distractions for more information on this or message me) (!!!Guest, please have message notifications turned on as there may be important communications needed between you and I and if the message go unanswered I may have to cancel reservations!!!) No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. There are some exceptions to this TBD case by case, message me for details. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. YouTube video of around the property (if you screenshot this post with the link you can tap the link in your photo gallery to see the video) SniffSpot is making it difficult to show you videos. https://youtu.be/fSxoAppcWyg?si=T0KuZJ5kq4r47ZpJ You can also find us on FB & IG The Canine Spot West Jax FB thecaninespotjax on IG There are waste bags located on each fence line middle ways for ease of cleanup. New digging friendly zone under the lean too! Also roof can be used as agility ramps. Covered with astroturfing so it’s safe for paws! Climb up jump off and dig underneath! The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. We can host dog birthdays, gotcha days, breed events, agility days and much more! Message for more details. How clean are private dog agility parks in White Oak compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in White Oak see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog agility parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many White Oak hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book White Oak dog agility parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many White Oak dog agility parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, White Oak private dog agility parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog agility parks in White Oak?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in White Oak that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many White Oak dog agility parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do White Oak dog agility parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most White Oak dog agility parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in White Oak where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use White Oak dog agility parks for special events?

Many White Oak dog agility parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with White Oak hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual White Oak dog agility park listings for event policies.

How do White Oak dog agility parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

White Oak dog agility parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other White Oak special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
