My favorite rescue...bully breeds are often musunderstood and/or overlooked. These folks do all they can to rescue, rehab and either place dogs with fosters or, hopefully, adopters. A tireless group if volunteers.Pamela White
Pitties and Pals Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue group. Our mission is to rescue dogs and educate the public. Although our main focus is the bully breed, we are committed to all dogs in need. We believe RESCUE involves a multitude of approaches that includes liberating dogs from at risk situations, whether in a shelter or with an owner in need of assistance. While adoption is always the ultimate goal, we believe transitioning into foster care allows for socialization and training that are key components to a successful placement.
Mission and Vision

Adoption Policy
The first step in our adoption process is to complete an adoption application. This must be done prior to meeting any of our dogs. You must be 21 years and older to adopt our dogs.Once approved, we will contact you to schedule a day for you to meet the dog you applied for.All members of the household have to be available to meet the dog (there are no exceptions). If other pets are in the home all must be spayed/neutered and utd on vaccines (unless there is a medical condition that we would need proof from your vet - We do vet checks)If you have other dogs, a meet and greet will be required on neutral territory to see how they interact with each other. We will then schedule a home visit. If all goes well, you can adopt your new best friend

"Pitties and Pals Rescue is dedicated to pulling high risk pits and some “pals” from the shelter. They truely pull some of the most hard to place dogs and get them the care they need before finding their forever homes. I am currently fostering a pit that was up for euthanasia. I couldn’t imagine him not making it and it was all due to them giving him a chance even though he was doing poorly at the shelter. They provide everything needed for the dog."
