Great parcel of land. Little stream. Woods, dirt bike jumps for climbing. I am directly off a paved road. Dogs with excellent recall would love this area. Or dogs on a long line. Due to the road being so close. Lots of wildlife in and around the field and woods.

Plenty of room to run and play! Come on over for a one-of-a-kind experience! Fencing varies from 3.5-6 feet tall and wood or metal wire. We do need advance notice for bookings so we can arrange to confine resident animals during your visit. Besides the entry gate to the yard please do not open any gates or doors during your visit.

Fully fenced, grassy area. We don't mind digging. Working on a shade cover for the deck, but right now there is a table with an adjustable umbrella for shade. Table and umbrella not pictured but they will be there.

Completely fenced in running area. Safe from road traffic. Garden hose available for dog play and for dog water. A/C available in house for dogs that are ready to lay down and relax. Not all of the house will be available for dogs to roam about freely.

Let your dog run free in my private fully fenced in 2 acre pasture. Your dog will be safe and happy with access to fresh water. Enjoy the views while your dog picks up new smells. We are located just outside of the city between council bluffs and Underwood.

Our special spot is on a quiet corner of an "L" shaped road, very corner of a ravine. Large hilly Yard surrounded by trees and nature. Water access on side of house to fill water bowls or hook up the sprinkler for water fun for your pup! Designated parking off street if desired.
