Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Unfenced
59 acres

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Susan's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Bancroft

Unfenced
5 acres

Wide open spaces so much room. Open views all around and some days are catching and some days are gloomy but always good to get out and inhale the fresh enough air. I also have 3 dogs of my own a German Shepard Rottweiler and a Chihuahua there is also one cat. My dogs are very friendly they can come off as very aggressive at first but they tend to calm down after a min or so. The cat is never really seen around she keeps to her self in the basement. I am selling to meet and greet but for the moment I'm bed bound for the time being due to a swollen knee. Hoping to be back on my feet again soon 😉. Thanks for stopping by please come again.

Frequently asked questions about Attica dog hiking trails

What amenities do Attica dog hiking trails typically include?

Attica dog hiking trails feature amenities designed for natural exploration and varied terrain: wooded trails, open meadows, and varied natural terrain, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Attica hosts customize their spaces. Browse 13 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Attica dog hiking trails?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Attica dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Attica spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Attica dog hiking trails listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog hiking trails in Attica compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Attica see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog hiking trails have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Attica hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Attica dog hiking trails on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Attica dog hiking trails offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Attica private dog hiking trails let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog hiking trails in Attica?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Attica that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Attica dog hiking trails have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Attica dog hiking trails allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Attica dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Attica where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Attica dog hiking trails for special events?

Many Attica dog hiking trails welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Attica hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Attica dog hiking trail listings for event policies.

How do Attica dog hiking trails accommodate dogs with special needs?

Attica dog hiking trails are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Attica special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
