Carol was incredibly kind and showed us around the property before we let the pup loose! As she was showing us the pond I mentioned our dog doesn’t love water and she laughed a bit and said you’d be surprised, which I was considering our dog spent 40 minutes stomping around in the water and taking her first true swim!! Truly recommend this to anyone who isn’t comfortable at dog parks but still wants their pup to have plenty of play time and room to run!!

55Carol is very nice!! She greeted us at the gate and gave us a tour. The dogs get fresh water! The lot is nicely mowed and there's plenty of space for the dogs to run! The whole area is fenced securely with plenty of places for the dogs to explore, sniff, and run around. My water baby was especially pleased with the pond, and my patroller had plenty of places to check out. My dog went under the horse fence once but when she saw the horse and how big it was she quickly changed her mind and went running full speed back towards the pond so it was no issue at all. Carol allowed us to park on her neighbors property which was literally a pull through driveway, we had more than enough room and it could not have been any easier. There were no concerns of low hanging branches on the property we parked on or on the way to and from. Not only was this place easy to get to but it was also exactly what our dogs needed after several long days of driving. Most people who travel with dogs stop at dog parks along the way however with one of our dogs being dog aggressive around most dogs that isn’t an option for us. This property was fully fenced and we felt very safe letting our dogs roam off leash. We did have concerns about the horse as our dogs could have easily gotten into the pen that it was in but luckily our dogs had plenty to be occupied with on the opposite end of the property. We have lived on 6+ acres and frequent outdoor adventures with our dogs but we have honestly never seen our dogs have as much fun as they had jumping, playing and chasing critters around in the tall grass here. Carol even gave me the contact info of someone she knows in Albuquerque since we came here without knowing anybody in the area. I wish we could upload videos in reviews as I made a video of my dogs trip here that I will cherish forever. We will be heading back home in March and will definitely try to stop by again!Erin S.
