At that point nothing is mowed until August to promote nesting and wildlife habitat. There are no houses visible from this location. A road runs along the property, but if you follow the creek you can easily stay 500-1000 feet off the road. Your dog will be free to roam, swim in the creek, dig all it wants with no worry of hurting anything, go to the bathroom freely in the wild. They are kept in their area by a live electric fence. The other side of the yard offers a creek and small area to explore on the other side. I do not maintain that part of the property. There is a deck on the back of the house with a grill and patio furniture for the humans. There is also a fire pit available. The dog yard also has tons of shade.
