We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! There is an rv park across the street, and a doggie boarding facility behind us, so your dog may see or hear other dogs. People in the area are dog friendly but this is not a fenced dog park, it is a wooded area to do hiking up some rocky sloping hills and see interesting nature. What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs. We got big back yard right by highway 10 in hurst but we do not have fence

We are a working farm and sanctuary. We have guest critters that come and go, we also have a few permanent residence. Please respect the property and the surroundings. Make yourself at home with your doggies and humans while you are here. Enjoy the hammocks, picnic tables, chairs, the creek and enjoy the trails as well. Please be courteous and pick up after yourself and your pets as well. We hope you enjoy your time here along with your fur babies and hope you’ll come back and see us again soon. Parking Only signs are posted. Please do not enter any of the buildings on the property and no matter what the critters tell you they are not allowed to get out of their safe zones while visitors are on our property. Please do not feed the critters anything other than what is provided specifically for that critter. This is a working sanctuary with guest changes all the time, also be aware that this is the “country”, you may encounter wildlife and insects from time to time. Be careful while exploring. There are no human restrooms available on the property.
