The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on most work days due to working schedules and wanting to ensure your sniff time is perfect! Please excuse any wasp/hornet preventing measures being taken (decoy wasp nests, peppermint spray, etc.). All measures will be 100% dog/animal friendly. There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is. There are chickens in our neighbors yard to the right side and blocked off best we can.

We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the land and digging is expected😊 we are near Ronald Reagan Highway so there is highway sound from our private area.
