Welcome to our spacious backyard retreat for dogs! Our property features a large, open yard with plenty of room for your pup to run, explore, sniff, and play freely. The yard also includes areas with trees and small wooded spots, giving dogs lots of interesting smells and natural surroundings to enjoy. Just beyond the fenced area, there is a small creek that many dogs find exciting. If your dog enjoys water, there is a small gate that allows access to the creek area while still keeping the main play space safely enclosed. This is a peaceful spot where your dog can stretch their legs, explore nature, and enjoy a safe private space to play.

Located at Grins & Pickin's CampFarm, an outdoor recreation facility located just outside of Marengo, OH. Dogs love all the smells here! We are rooted in nature! There are paths, trails, woods, a creek, a fishing pond and fields to explore, run and play. You may park in the parking lot at the back of the driveway near the outbuildings. A small trash can and water dish will be provided. There is a map of the grounds on the bulletin board and you will notice that the property is rectangle shape with half of the grounds green space and the other half wooded. If you unleash your dog, it must obey when you call it back because if it goes into the neighbor's yard, I will have to close my spot.

We also rent out our kayaks and a canoe. The canoe does have a small leak, so it will get water in it slowly. We treat the pond throughout the year with pond dye and algaecide as well as muck away. We also aerate it occasionally with the fountain. This is a pond though, if your pets jump in, they will get muddy, and they will smell like a pond, so please take that into account if you plan to let them swim. I put filtered water out before you comefor your pets to drink. The pond water is not for drinking. If you are a Karen, go somewhere else. I do this to let others enjoy my property. The little money from sniffspot doesn't even help with maintenance. 8 foot privacy fence Covers .25 acres Hammock, picnic table, porch swing and patio seating for you to relax while your pup plays! Feel free to bring some food to eat while they play or some friends to keep you company, make it a friend's time out! Small pond that can be enjoyed or if you would prefer you can borrow 1 or 2 of the stubborn invisible fence collars I have. The invisible fence goes under the privacy fence and around the pond to prevent unwanted swimming. There is a large porch with a patio table and chairs if you want to bring something to eat or just sit. A porch swing is also available on the porch while you watch your pup play. The porch also has a rolling gate at the top of the stairs to allow the pups to or not to access the porch. A hammock is down in the yard if you would like to relax there as well. I do not require you pick up your dogs potty as I also have 3 doggos and theres plenty of yard it has never been an issue. No muzzle, leash, or such requirements as it will just be you and who you bring. All breeds and sizes welcome! All I ask is if you have trash please take it with you so my doggos dont access it. And always latch the gate securely when leaving. Beyond those rules, enjoy the yard with your furbaby(s)!💜🐕
