My farm has lots to offer , large fenced in pasture with a pond . Convenient parking very private . TSC is 4 miles from me to give a bath if they get to dirty .
Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.
Lots of land for your dogs to run and play. Land is not fenced in. Wild animals might be seen deer, geese, ducks, snakes etc.
Private property - 1 acre unfenced access to Blockers Run; maintained creek bank and bed with step access, fire pit/tiki torches (wood and matches may or may not be provided - please bring your own just in case), seating, mowed open field. Parking off-road through grasses in field just before the bridge. Please do not allow yourself or dogs to go up past the pallet garden. Pine trees and tall grass alongside are property boundaries. We own part of the property across the creek up to the birch tree cluster. Please pick up after your dogs. Trash can is not provided due to wildlife. Property monitored with security and wildlife cameras. Not accessible during or immediately after heavy rainfall due to water safety.
Discover our partially fenced & spacious backyard, the destination for a pup adventure! Room to roam, run with secure fencing for worry-free playtime. Also available plenty of area for a quiet hike through the woods, with trees, and bushes to explore and a creek to play swim n play. During warm months hose, and baby pool available. Fresh drink water available for dogs. Table and chairs for human comfort.
Partially wild wooded areas. Has a creek on both sides of the property. Large fields for running. We are within range of train tracks, so it may get loud at times? We are near the road, but not close enough to be a hazard. Our dog is on a boundary collar and nothing is fenced, so please watch your dogs! Our property line is partially shared with the previous owners and are marked by white poles on both outlying fields. Our back property line is the train bridge. Be aware that we have wild thorn bushes and burs EVERYWHERE in the woods. There is also poison ivy and animal/dog-made holes. We are more than willing to provide bug and itch spray? We have pet (or owner) first aid kits available upon request. Dog/human aspirin, bandages, itch spot spray, topical wound care, etc.
We have a great property for humans and dogs! We own about 14 acres of land. About 9 acres of it is woods, river, and trails. Lots to explore! We have a fire pit, do a lot of 4 wheeling and just sit and enjoy the land. None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road.
Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .
Wooded 2 acres with lots of paths carved out for exploring. A creek runs through the property, but this dries up in the summer. In early spring it can be very swampy. In winter it can be magical! No fencing, but where the trees end, the property ends on all sides. The hidden property is located in town.
3/4 mile one way level trail along shallow pristine stream. The stream, provided no recent rain, is four inches deep and has to be forded at four spots. Fees are donations only and can be left at the roadside spring donation box. Before you can use the trail you must text Tom at 7402831010 for permission who will text you instructions and map.
We have 13 acres of property that includes lots of wooded hiking trails, open fields to run and play fetch and a half acre spring fed pond that includes a dock for dock jumping. Lots of areas to play, explore and have fun. We have a hose for wash off and towels to dry off. We do require that you clean up after your pet and supply current shot records. Please keep in mind that we are not fenced and have kind of busy road about 100 yards in front of our house (where the pond sits and around 200 yards from the trail heads.
