Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Unfenced
59 acres

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

Susan's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Bancroft

Unfenced
5 acres

Wide open spaces so much room. Open views all around and some days are catching and some days are gloomy but always good to get out and inhale the fresh enough air. I also have 3 dogs of my own a German Shepard Rottweiler and a Chihuahua there is also one cat. My dogs are very friendly they can come off as very aggressive at first but they tend to calm down after a min or so. The cat is never really seen around she keeps to her self in the basement. I am selling to meet and greet but for the moment I'm bed bound for the time being due to a swollen knee. Hoping to be back on my feet again soon 😉. Thanks for stopping by please come again.

Mel's 15 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Laingsburg

Unfenced
15 acres

Lovely 150 year old decommissioned farm that has been rewilding for 40 years. It has been held as a private wildlife refuge and has been farm and garden chemical free for many years. Trails wind through meadows, woods, and across frozen marsh in the wintertime. Encounter deer, turkey, crane, friendly crows, songbirds, raptors, a wide variety of wildflowers and trees. Also the occasional bunny, fox, coyote, raccoon squirrels and chipmunks pass through. In sheltering spots like my wood chip pile, I have seen snakes and salamanders. In season there are berries and fruit from wild apple and pear trees scattered along the trails. Note that this is a natural area resulting from the rewilding process and not a groomed and open park-like setting. But the trails are wide and mowed regularly for ease of walking. In the woods be prepared to navigate the occasional sticks and branches that may be on the path as typical of a natural woodlot. Wear sturdy walking shoes. This is an exciting place for dogs to sniff around! Looking forward to your visit!

These locations range from compact spaces to properties spanning 59.3+ acres. Whether you need a space for your reactive dog, puppy socialization, senior dog gentle exercise, or high-energy play, Bridgeport dog hiking trails provide safe, private environments. How many dog hiking trails are in Bridgeport?

Bridgeport offers 14 dog hiking trails ranging from compact spaces to properties spanning acres. You'll find options such as dog field, fully fenced dog park, dog agility park, and more. Each Bridgeport dog hiking trail listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are Bridgeport dog hiking trails good for all dog types?

Yes! Bridgeport dog hiking trails work for every dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer without large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space, and reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse Bridgeport's 14 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at Bridgeport dog hiking trails?

Not a chance. Bridgeport dog hiking trails operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For Bridgeport owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are Bridgeport dog hiking trails safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! Bridgeport dog hiking trails provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment without overwhelming encounters. Many Bridgeport dog owners specifically choose dog hiking trails for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Can puppies use Bridgeport dog hiking trails?

Absolutely! Bridgeport dog hiking trails are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best dog hiking trail in Bridgeport?

Start by filtering Bridgeport's 14 dog hiking trails for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like Bridgeport's The Numi Dream House for Reactive Dogs in Williamston, MI with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other Bridgeport owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are Bridgeport's dog hiking trail requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each Bridgeport host may have additional rules on their listing. Most dog hiking trails welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
