Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent of three myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Fang, Finley, Fergus, and Fallon (on occasion) and I do! UPDATE: September 2023, larger wading pool (The Pouncing Pond) approx. 5ft. x 3.5ft. x 1ft., 200 more pit balls added to The Bazinga Ball Pit (total of 400 now), and a Nelson stationary sprinkler added. 1/2 acre is fenced for dog fun and training. It has a dual gate entrance and the amenities noted. Dog behavior training with you and your dog is available at KempK9.com. This can include treadmill training and basic behavioral skills. The space has logs and railroad ties for challenging your dog with confidence building skills. Another acre is available for leashed adventurers like scent work or distance recall. Our dogs are kept inside however, if you need some socializing help, we can do that. Please check ahead if we will be available. We usually do not meet guests.

The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. I like to stand at the top and throw balls down the hill for my young dog when we don’t have visitors! Feel free to pull in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. *note, I just got the top part of the pasture graded, so until the grass grows back it may be muddy up there during wet weather.

Welcome to the Doggy Doo Pit Stop. Take a seat, relax, grab a drink, grab your dog a treat & enjoy the 360 beautiful mountain views surrounded by green open pastures while adjacent to a Rocky creek. It's not uncommon to spot a black bear or deer passing thru the fields because this private dog park is an example of true country living! Please help yourself to any of the amenities needed for you or your dog, & don't forget to sign the guest book upon departure! Ejoy!
