The James O. Breen Community Dog Park in St. Charles, Illinois is a fully-fenced enclosure located at Campton Hills Road and Peck Rd. Owners are responsible for their dogs' behavior and must keep them supervised at all times. Children under 10 are not permitted, and no more than two dogs are allowed per person.
