Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Partially Fenced
58 acres

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Please feel free to text with any questions. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions about Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks

Why are private dog water parks better than public dog parks in Cascade-Chipita Park?

Private dog water parks in Cascade-Chipita Park eliminate major public park risks: unpredictable dog encounters that scare puppies, aggressive dogs that trigger reactive behavior, chaotic crowds that overwhelm seniors or small dogs, and disease transmission from dozens of unknown dogs. Cascade-Chipita Park's 12 private dog water parks offer complete privacy, professionally maintained cleanliness, and controlled environments. Whether you have a fearful puppy, a reactive adult, a fragile senior, or simply want peace of mind, private bookings give you control.

How safe are Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks compared to public dog parks?

Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks are significantly safer than public facilities. Public dog parks risk: aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, overcrowding that triggers reactive behaviors or injuries. Private Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks eliminate these concerns—bookings are completely private, all guests have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars.

Are Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks safe for reactive dogs?

Cascade-Chipita Park owners of reactive dogs choose dog water parks because they offer safe, private environments for off-leash exercise without the triggers of public dog parks. Complete privacy means no unexpected dog encounters, no overwhelming chaos, no aggressive dogs. Reactive dogs can finally enjoy swimming and water play while building confidence in a controlled setting. Many Cascade-Chipita Park reactive dog owners say Sniffspot is their only safe exercise option.

Can anxious dogs safely use Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks?

Yes! Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks provide controlled environments perfect for anxious or fearful dogs. No other dogs means no triggers, no overwhelming situations. Anxious dogs can explore a facility featuring pools, splash pads, or water play areas specifically designed for dogs to swim and cool off at their own pace without stress. Many Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks offer quiet, spacious settings ideal for building confidence in nervous dogs who struggle at chaotic public dog parks.

Are Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks good for small dogs?

Absolutely! Small dogs benefit enormously from Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks because they can explore without fear of being trampled or intimidated by larger breeds. Many small dog owners in Cascade-Chipita Park avoid public parks entirely due to safety concerns—dog water parks eliminate that worry. Filter for appropriate sizing, secure fencing with no gaps, and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

Do Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks work for senior dogs?

Yes! Senior dogs thrive at Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks because they can move at their own pace without being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or young dogs. Look for Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks with flat terrain, easy access, shade, and smaller sizes if your senior has mobility limitations. The privacy means your older dog can rest when needed and enjoy gentle exercise without stress.

What do Cascade-Chipita Park dog owners say about dog water parks?

Reviews of Cascade-Chipita Park dog water parks consistently highlight: excellent privacy for all dog types, secure fencing that prevented escapes, clean and well-maintained spaces, responsive hosts, and safe environments for anxious, fearful, reactive, senior, and small dogs.
