Two swimmable ponds area & fully fenced area in Singleton

This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day. The Dog Park at University Park in College Station, Texas is a fully-fenced enclosure that offers amenities such as agility equipment, chairs, dog drinking water, a dog washing area, tables, a field, and a lake or pond. Dogs must be over four months old, rabies vaccinated, and registered with Brazos County to use the park. Dogs in heat and dogs younger than four months old are not allowed. Aggressive behavior is prohibited, and handlers must prevent digging and cover holes. The park is open daily from 5 am to 11 pm.
