Rent safe and private dog water parks and swimming pools hosted by locals in Chattaroy, Washington

The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. Spring, Fall and Winter (unless we are overwhelmed with snow) our space is wide open play. In the summer we will open the water front for dog water play.

5 minutes from the interstate. A hose will be available for water on the fenceline opposite the main road. Great place to train or just play.
